just downloaded this genius application that's SKyPE but no mic n all!
then suddenly, someone, with uncharacteristic generosity haha, passed me this really cool webcam-and-mic-in-one thing! thank YOU, GOD! however, as excited as i was installing it, realised later that couldn't find AnYONE that was up to test it out with...booo. oh well, i guess i keep forgetting that there ArE many people out there who sleep before midnight.

anyways, i really really! miss u all, n all the suppering, the (haha) "ock-ing", the corny jokes inventing, the hysterical laughing, just sitting around talking, etc.

Also, went to fremantle with visitin cousins and family today. thing is, something that happened really annoyed me and it annoys me everytime it happens. grr.

on a lighter note, last minutely went to see a movie with max and ruwei. eh Casanova very attractive meh.

oh my goodness, the last post sounded abit weirdy.

It wasn't me.

ooh was perusing photos and came across this.

waah!looks good!
haha second attempt. *ahem* sources say that it was pretty tasty.

Here's what some had to say:

"finger lickin' good!" - Col. Sanders

"It just gets better." - B. King

"I'm lovin' it..." - Ron

Oh, you're too kind.

anyways it's really really easy. Just get all the cuts of beef you can find that'll make good soup (shin, brisket, the one with all that exposed marrow, etc), wash it, toss it in a pot with some filtered water.

Boil it for a bit then serve.

HaHA!just kidding!
Please also add some cloves, cinnamon, dark soy sauce, star anise, black peppercorns and abit of five spice if you want. I may have forgotten something but probably not la.

Anyways, boil on high heat for awhile then slow boil for a few hours at least. Overnight even better!

Half an hour before serving, toss in some beefballs (and unshelled hardboiled eggs if u want) and salt if needed.

Boil noodles add beansprouts! Drain. Add soup and beef (melt-in-your-mouth beef by now, if I may add). White pepper if you want. Garnish with coriander and cut chillis.

Voila!

Your very own homemade beef noodle soup!
wish I could just catch up with people without having to worry or being caught up with the rush and busyness and all.
